We're leading the way in AI-Compression, having the world's first AI-Codec running in real-time on mobile devices. Our team comes with 50+ years of combined research experience with over 40+ filed patents.

Deep Render has recently raised its Series A funding round from top-tier investors and is looking to double/triple its current 20-person team. We're in commercial engagements with some of the largest Big Tech companies in the world and expect hundreds of millions of people to use the Deep Render AI-Codec by 2024.

Why are we hiring?

As mentioned above, Deep Render has some exciting growth plans for the next 12-24 months. We’re looking to grow our talent team with a Technical Sourcer who will help make those plans a reality. Working from both a hands-on perspective by sourcing candidates and guiding them through our existing process whilst also focusing on improving current processes.

The ideal candidate:

Reporting to the Head of Talent, the ideal candidate would be an experienced sourcer in the Machine Learning space who thinks outside the box to attract the top-level talent we want at Deep Render. Someone who’s obsessed with candidate experience and how we can improve it to ensure we’re delivering the best possible experience for everybody we interface with. The ideal candidate should also understand the importance of data and making data-driven decisions regarding hiring.



  • Hands-on: sourcing passive talent using an array of creative tools, maintaining a consistently full and high-quality pipeline
  • Candidate experience: ensure every candidate’s experience is best-in-class at every opportunity, from the first interaction to when they join us
  • Data-driven: utilising data for reporting and influencing hiring decisions. Also, using data to track candidates through our process and identifying bottlenecks or specific areas of interest where the process could be refined/improved (eg drop-out rates)
  • Reporting: excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to summarise & present important information to management in an efficient and concise manner
  • Expertise: provide guidance around things including; ways to increase the pipeline, improve interview success rate & interview best practices


  • 4+ years of technical sourcing experience (ideally within the Machine Learning / AI space)
  • Proven experience with creative methods of finding and attracting top talent
  • Experience with the full recruiting life cycle
  • Experience working autonomously with the ability to work on tasks independently and execute them in a self-sufficient manner
  • Bachelors Degree

Preferred Skills:

  • In addition to technical sourcing experience, also have some experience hiring non-technical roles
